  27. Conclusions • AVIA is establishing itself as a major player for development within the Lutheran Church and the region • Built-up relationship with staff and residents of the three sites. Major capital improvement project. • Trained class of catechists and followed up their outreach effort • Trained women association at the Toby • Networking with NGOs, international organizations, and national development offices
