This report details the advancements in precision cutting of conductive rubber at RIKEN by Itaru Nakagawa. Using a super sonic cutter, a precision of approximately ±0.8mm was achieved while cutting 2mm thick Fuji Polymer conductive rubber, which was later replaced with ShiEtsu EC-300BH. The adhesion of silver paste to the rubber was effective for practical applications. Various measurements and trigger latency scans were conducted on 22Na scintillator events, providing insights into signal structures and event selection. Detailed analyses reveal consistency between different measurement methods.

Conductive Rubber Assembly Removed 2mm thick Fuji Polymer Made Conductive rubber and replaced with ShiEtsu EC-300BH. Silver paste glued Fuji Polymer’s rubber very well. Sticky enough for practical use for 2x2x2tmm rubber. Not tested 3x3x3tmm one yet. Difficult to line up cubes nicely. EC-BHの残りとEC-BMの 打ち抜きはソッコー(株) に依頼。
