The Falsification of the Hospital Records Part of the Auschwitz questionnaire (Fragenbogen) for Jagiellonian University professor Marian Gieszczykiewicz, transported from Krakow on June 11, 1942, and shot at the “Death Wall” on July 31, 1942 by Gerhard Palitzsch.   13. The Falsification of the Hospital Records Photograph of Danuta Terlikowska, 21-year-old nurse arrested in Warsaw whilecleaning firearms. She arrived in Auschwitz under a death sentence.
