  1. The Apprentice Sports Re-hydration For those you who didn’t already know our brand and our CEO were on the hit BBC one show “The Apprentice”. Daniel Elahi was one of 16 candidates battling it out over 10 weeks to receive investment from billionaire business man Lord Sugar. Unfortunately, Daniel, and Revival Shots, narrowly missed out on a place in the final. Over the course of the competition Daniel Elahi consistently preformed to the highest standard, topping the sales ladder, driving creativity and leading from the front. After the 10 weeks both Revival Shots (UK brand) and the sister company Hangover Killers (international brand) were put to the grilling of the four interviewers. Whilst the business rose to the challenge one area that the interviewers were unable to move away from the “hangover cure” origins of the brand. As such they failed to appreciate the diversity of the consumers and markets for the rehydration, vitamins & minerals content. We all know that our products promote recovery for work, play and party….guess they didn’t get the memo! Now that the show has concluded we are still pushing forward with our plans and 2019 looks set to be a massive year at Revival Shots HQ. We will be making more of our re-hydrating sticks as well as many more new exciting products! In order for the human body to preform optimally, both physically and mentally, it is important to stay hydrated, failure to do so can result in significant reduction in athletic performance. In extreme cases the body may enter into a hypohydration state in which the body’s metabolic demands are not met due to lack of water. During exercise we also lose a lot of electrolytes through the process of sweating. It is therefore imperative to ensure that the hydration is tackled before, during and after sport or strenuous activity. Revival Shots is based on world health organisation approved formula to help with re-hydration. Our powder is a blend of vitamins and minerals that allows for quicker and more effective rehydration compared to drinking water alone. It also replaces the electrolytes lost during sport. We always recommend taking one stick of Revival Shots before training and one immediately after for best results.
