Grup ţintă • Personal din educaţie – 6098 • Certificaţi – 4878, (80%) • Consilieri şcolari – 630 • Mentori şcolari – 370 • Debutanţi sub 35 ani – 328 • Cadre didactice din învăţământul preşcolar – 1000 • Cadre didactice din învăţământul primar – 1200 • Cadre didactice din învăţământul profesional şi tehnic – 500 • Cadre didactice din învăţământul secundar inferior – 800 • Cadre didactice din învăţământul secundar superior – 650 • Personal didactic şi didactic auxiliar cu funcţie de conducere, monitorizare, evaluare şi control – 620
