READING • Good Habits, Great Readers • Literature based • Emphasis on reading, comprehension, phonics, writing, listening, and speaking • Great range of levels/differentiation • Whole group instruction, small groups, literature centers • Texts are based on students’ levels • Additional support through Basic Skills Lab • Online resource • Reading A – Z (RAZ Kids); letters coming home shortly
