Population • There is 103,400,165 living in Mexico today • Spanish, various Mayan, Nahuatl, they are some Mexican Languages • Religion nominally Roman Catholic 89%, Protestant 6%, other 5% • Ethnic groups:mestizo (Amerindian-Spanish) 60%, Amerindian or predominantly Amerindian 30%,white 9%, other 1%

  6. Goverment • Federal Republic is the government type in Mexico • A national holiday in Mexico is Independence Day, 16 September • Constitution:5 February 1917

  9. Mexico Climate • warm climate in the summer but it is a bit cold in the winter • Rainfall occurs mainly between June & October

  10. Transportation People say that Mexican drivers are dangerous but drivers are actually amazingly helpful and safe, it is the roads that make things dangerous. Most of there highways are bumpy and rocky that makes the road dangerous to drive on

  11. Mexico Foods Cocinas De New Mexico is published by the Public Service Company of New Mexico. Mexico’s main food is tortitos,they like salsa. And sand witches

  12. Mexico disasters In this picture the houses were destroyed by a huge flood happened by the rain storm On November 4 2002 an Earthquake rocked a sparsely populated area, damaged highways and shook rural homes
