Labor Redistribution Communication Guidelines for Payroll Requests

Effective immediately, use the new Labor Redistribution Worksheet to communicate all redistribution requests to Payroll. This will be the only acceptable method for submitting requests. Please refrain from faxing documents and instead, scan and email them to Lori Maynard, use interoffice mail, or drop them off at the mail room. Remember to apply changes only for adjustments greater than 5%, with percentages limited to two decimal places. Thank you for your cooperation as we streamline this process.

  4. Percentages • Do not adjust labor for less than a 5% change • Percentages should not be more than two decimals

  5. Documents to Payroll • Do NOT fax these documents • Suggested method of delivery • Scan and e-mail to Lori Maynard (maynal) • Interoffice mail • Drop off at mail room and ask them to put in the RED bag to the RICE Building OR
