  1. Hades by CareyLowrie Hades comes from the underworld and his parents are Cronus and Rhea. He sits on his throne of ebony and carries a scepter around with him. He also wears a helmet that he got from Cyclops that can make him invisible. He also captured Persephone but his brother Zeus tricked him into releasing Persephone back to their mother Rhea. Hades gave her a pomegranate and she ate only six seeds which allowed Hades to keep her in the Underworld for six months of the year. He was the ruler of the dead and had various helpers like: Thanatos, Hpynos, Charon, and Cerberus. Hades possesses the riches of the earth, prefers to be called “The Rich One”.
