  4. GOALS: • Participants will….. • Be familiar with IT. • Learn 21st century skills. • Learn 21st century approaches. • Learn what are action plans. • Generate action plans. • Use MS. Office in their action plans. • Apply Bloom’s taxonomy in their action plans.

  5. TASKS: • Register with engage.intel. • Join different groups on teachers community. • Design objectives using Bloom’s taxonomy. • Generate action plans (min. 3). • Create 6 productivity tools  2 on MS. Word  2 on MS. P.point  2 on MS. Excel • Use hyper links. • Upload all your work on Intel engage community

  6. What is a lesson plan? • guide for teaching a lesson. • it is the goal (what the teacher wants the kids to learn) • the procedures for reaching this goal (the format of the lesson) • Measuring the goals accomplished (a handout, project, test) .

  7. What is an action plan? • A sequence of steps that must be taken, or activities that must be performed well, for a strategy to succeed.

  8. DIFFERENCE Action plan Lesson plan Lesson plans detail how teachers will deliver particular topics to the students. • Action plan detail the steps teacher intend to take to make positive changes to their current teaching practice.
