  1. 1 Peter 4:1-11 Are you ready for the test?

  2. 2 Corinthians 5:9–10 Therefore we also have as our ambition, whether at home or absent, to be pleasing to Him. For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may be recompensed for his deeds in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad. Are you ready for the test?

Are you ready for the test? • Steadfastly resist temptation (v1-6) • Resolve to follow Christ (v1-2) • Pay the price for obedience (v3-4) • Believe that obedience is worth it (v5-6) 1 Corinthians 15:19,32 If we have hoped in Christ in this life only, we are of all men most to be pitied… If the dead are not raised, let us eat and drink, for tomorrow we die.
