  5. Immediate Next Steps • Get the contract signed! • Site surveys • NTL • BT • JSD to contact all sites • NTL:Telewest to begin ordering circuits • JANET(UK) to order IP routing equipment

  6. Rollout Process • Rollout beginning imminently • MidMAN3 network to be RFS by end of June 2008 • JANET(UK) and NTL:Telewest activities to take place concurrently • Weekly progress meetings • Regular updates to MidMAN sites

  13. Migration process (1) • MM3 due for completion 30th June 2008 • MM2 -> MM3 migration to be completed by end of September 2008 • Tuesday morning maintenance periods used for site migrations • Every 3rd Tuesday as contingency • Circuits to be tested & connected up as they become available
