  6. Requirements • Good Academic Standing • 2.5 GPA • Good disciplinary standing • Reliable & respectful employees • Effective communicators • Strong leaders • Role models for prospective, new and current students • Freshman, Sophomores or Transfers (with a minimum of 3 semesters remaining)

Hiring Process - Application • Online application due: November 14th • 2 Recommendations sent via Qualtrics form on Ambassador Website by 11/21 • Those without 2 complete recommendations sent via Qualtrics by 11/21 will be removed from consideration • TCNJ FERPA Release form – must be completed and returned to Loser Hall 228 by 11/21 • Must successfully pass discipline and GPA check • Available on Ambassador Website: http://ambassadors.pages.tcnj.edu • Last year: 353 Applications

  9. Hiring Process – First Interview • 1/27- 1/30 • 5 minute interview with 2 senior/junior Ambassadors • Last year: ~213 people

  10. Hiring Process – Final Interview • 2/9-2/20 • 20 – 30 minute interview • 15 - 20 minutes of interview questions • 5 - 10 minutes of mock tour questions • Last year: 72 people

  11. Hiring Process – New Class • 35 Ambassadors • Notified in late February • Contingent upon being able to attend/work all the events below: • Ambassador training (March 6th and March 7th) • Accepted Students Day (4/11/2015) • April Staff Meeting (4/19/2015) • April Open House (4/26/2015) • Welcome Week (Move in 8/16/15)* • *Exceptions made for Bonners, CA’s and fall athletes • Participate in the Overnight Hosting Program in Spring 2016
