This study examines the differences between External Quantum Efficiency (EL IQE) and Photoluminescence Quantum Efficiency (PL IQE). We found that EL IQE is smaller than PL IQE, highlighting the importance of considering carrier injection efficiency and temperature effects when equilibrating these metrics. Our findings underscore the complexities involved in analyzing light-emitting devices and their performance.

Conclusion(2) • Finally, we compared EL IQE with PL IQE. • EL IQE was found to be smaller than PL IQE, which indicates that to equilibrate EL and PL IQE, carrier injection efficiency and the effect of temperature cannot be ignored.
