Search ‘allies’ in individuals, politicians, non profit organisations,… • Focus on different levels at the same time: Teachers, pupils, LGBT teachers, head principals,... • Try to achieve quality in the LGBT sessions for pupils and teachers • Working on LGBT issues is working on gender issues
