MINISTRY OF HEALTH OBJECTIVE HAND • To participate to the struggle off the poverty and exclusion so that contributing to the country' s total socio economical development by the health population status improvement. • To take part entirely in the fight against poverty and exclusion in order to contribute to the total socio-economical development of the country by the improvement of the health condition of the population.

MINISTRY OF HEALTH SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE • To improve the access to Health services for the Malagasy people with protecting them to diseases in evoluating towards to have militarist ethic • To contribuate to OMD goals • To improve the access of the Malagsy people to all departments of health while protecting them from the diseases and while evolving to a militarist ethics.
