  4. Electrical system Vs. Plumbing System • Voltage is equivalent to water pressure • Current is equivalent to the flow rate • Resistance is like the pipe size

  5. Current (amps) = Volts / Resistance • A = V / R • If you want more electricity to come out of the wire, then either increase the pressure, or make the wires bigger • Increasing the voltage will make more current flow
