  4. Strategic Plan Objectives • Objective: Reduce Crime Rate • 2009 FBI national clearance rate was 47.1 percent of violent crimes and 18.6 percent of property crimes were cleared • Page 25

  5. Objective: Increase Quality of Service(Customer Satisfaction) • Increased interaction at both schools • Public notifications through emails, Front Porch Forum, and Hinesburg Record • Implementation of Restorative Justice Program • Page 28
