NEST Pathfinder Initiative: Tackling Complexity in Ecological Diversity and Evolutionary Networks
The NEST Pathfinder Initiative focuses on addressing the complexities within ecological diversity and evolutionary networks from January 2007 to December 2009. Coordinated by Emilio Hernández-García at IFISC (CSIC-UIB), this project received total funding of €1,176,271, with €305,726 allocated to IFISC. The initiative involves interdisciplinary collaboration among diverse research groups including LCE, Helsinki Bioinformatics, IMEDEA, and CCMAR, exploring genetic similarity networks and contributing to our understanding of the Tree of Life.
