  2. New Media New media, as far as I know, is an interactive, updated and innovative form of media compared to those of the traditional media which are print, radio and T.V.; Internet to be exact. It has more features, faster, and for the most part, technologically reliant.

  3. how is the new media better than the traditional media? • Advantages • We use new media mainly to access information anywhere and anytime. Example is, it is mostly used by the students nowadays who want to do a research without spending a single second in boring libraries filled with heavy and dusty books. Our second best friend next to Google, Wikipedia, an online encyclopedia, is one example of the new media inclination. • Another thing that adds up to the new media craze is its interactive features that allows people to exchange their ideas, views an opinions about one certain topic posted in the internet. For in the traditional media, let’s take the newspaper for instance, we cannot really correct or get our opinions printed there right away if we want to. • Also, the new media has its way of keeping up with today’s generation because of its digital infrastructure, or in other words, visual roads and rail networks of communication. Being born with our umbilical chords connected to the internet here in our modern, modern generation, it is not impossible that the new media caught the attention of today’s youth.
