Contract Technical Review-QA Receipt of a DCMA administered contract requiring government source inspection QA personnel shall review and document the CTR using the CTR eTool (quality and technical requirements of the product or service being procured) ¶1 & ¶1.2 CTR eTool Are technical requirements for identical or similar items previously documented? ¶1.2 Yes QA personnel may document only the differences and/or changes ¶1.2 No QA personnel shall report any gaps to the first line supervisor ¶1 Are there software requirements identified? ¶1 Yes Follow requirements of Software Acquisition Management ¶1 No Is CTR for classified programs? ¶1 Follow supplemental instructions maintained by Special Programs Directorate ¶1 Yes No QA personnel shall use the CTR information as the basis for determining risk impacts during QA Risk Assessment process ¶1.2 QA personnel shall review associated QALI ¶1.3 Are the requirements believed to be excessive or vague? ¶1 QA personnel shall inform the customer and recommend alternative surveillance strategies, supported by performance data and/or analysis ¶1.3 Yes No Cont Page 2
