  3. Alternative or Differentiated Teaching Alternative teaching strategies provide two different approaches to teaching the same information. The learning outcome is the same for all students however the avenue for getting there is different.

  4. Alternative or Differentiated Teaching All: Mrs. Nelm and Ms Boch are using two very different strategies for teaching the same concept. Mrs. Nelms is utilizing a hands on approach to teach area while Ms. Boch is using grid paper for another group of students to teach area. Students are pre-grouped based on either their ability or their interest. Watch Video
