The One Teach, One Assist strategy is an effective co-teaching method where one educator delivers primary instruction while the other provides support. This approach allows for individualized assistance, behavior monitoring, and correction of assignments, ensuring all students engage and understand the lesson. The strategy can sometimes be overused, leading to potential imbalances in instruction.
