  1. The Presence of God "For there stood by me this night the angel of God..." God is standing by! Isa 41:10 Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

  2. The Presence of God "For there stood by me this night the angel of God..." God is standing by! Isa 43:2 When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

  3. The Presence of God "For there stood by me this night the angel of God..." God is standing by! Ps 23:4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

  4. Our Relationship to God "...whose I am and whom I serve." 2 Things Paul Remembered: • He belonged to God. • He was a servant of God.

  5. The Word of God "Saying, Fear not, Paul; thou must be brought before Caesar..." God cannot lie! Num 23:19 God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spo-ken, and shall he not make it good?

  6. The Word of God "Saying, Fear not, Paul; thou must be brought before Caesar..." God cannot lie! 1 Sam 15:29 And also the Strength of Israel will not lie nor repent: for he is not a man, that he should repent.

  7. The Word of God "Saying, Fear not, Paul; thou must be brought before Caesar..." God cannot lie! Titus 1:2 In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;

  8. The Will of God "Howbeit, we must be cast upon a certain island."
