As Revistas Científicas de Saúde e a CAPES • Resumo da ópera e algumas sugestões: • A análise qualitativa dos periódicos brasileiros deve ser modificada e não envolver somente o IF; • Os periódicos científicos brasileiros, como os demais commodities nacionais necessitam de subsídio; • O subsídio pode vir no formato de: bolsa para editores, maior apoio financeiro à publicação, critérios mais objetivos e • abrangentes para classificação qualitativa, e apoio correspondente ao desempenho; • Internacionalização dos periódicos científicos por meio de suporte para profissionalização do processo editorial, • divulgação, propaganda – Internacionalização também significa Brasilinização do ambiente científico mundial. • Participação no processo decisório; • Estímulo vigoroso à citação diretamente na fonte que são os programas de PG • Campanha por um prêmio Nobel para a ciência do Brasil...
