WHAT FIND HOMES OFFERS • Inspect the property and give feedback to you. • Evaluate the property for the potential rental income. • Make your Property Rentable i.e. Painting, Furnishing, and minor repairs if any at reasonable cost. • Advertise in print media. • Advertise through our company hoardings in the locality. • Advertise in our web site www.findhomes.co.in • Advertise in leading websites of real estate. • Collect leads of the potential tenants from various sources . • Sourcing suitable and reliable tenants for the property.

WHAT FIND HOMES OFFERS • Organize site visit of potential tenants to view the property. • Negotiate with tenants on the behalf of owner to get the best deal. •  Prepare and finalize the rental agreement. • Deposit advance in property owners A/c. • Periodically visit the property to ensure that the property is maintained. • Take over the property as and when the tenant vacates the property. • Report damages if any and carry out repairs at reasonable cost. • If property tax is due, then we will deposit the property tax after receiving the amount and copy will be forwarded to owner. • Twice a year FREE pest control will be done. • Twice a year FREE water purifier maintenance will be done.

COMMERCIAL CHARGES • Service charges of Rs10,000/- have to pay once you finalize the tenant. • One time deep cleaning charges for cleaning of flat Rs 1000/- collected will be charged separately. • Rs.1000/- per month for monthly maintenance will commence from the date of occupation. • To avail Rent collection and maintenance services our fixed charges @ 1000/- pm for first quarter Rs.3000/- be paid in advance ( Non Refundable). • Any other Services for repair/fitments will be charged as per actual . However the services from Find Homes will be free who agreed for our monthly maintenance.
