  2. God is All-knowing:‘Look up’ • Our Sun is a Star • Our Galaxy is called the Milky Way • About 400 billion stars in the our Galaxy • About 80 billion Galaxies in the observable Universe

  3. God is All-knowing:‘Look up’ Lift your eyes and look to the heavens: Who created all these? He who brings out the starry host one by one, and calls them each by name. Because of his great power and mighty strength, not one of them is missing. Isaiah 40 v 26

  4. God is All-knowing: Psalm 139 • God has a knowledge that is astonishing and far beyond understanding v 13,14,17,18; Is 40 v 26

  5. God is All-knowing: ‘Look down’ How precious to me are your thoughts, O God! How vast is the sum of them! Were I to count them, they would outnumber the grains of sand. Psalm 139 v 17 & 18

  6. God is All-knowing: ‘Look in’ • There are about as many molecules in our bodies as there are stars in the universe • There are between 50 & 100 billion neurons in our brains

  7. God is All-knowing:‘Look in’ For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Psalm 139 v 13 & 14

  15. God is All-knowing: ‘Look out!’ You hem me in – behind and before; you have laid your hand upon me. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, too lofty for me to attain. Psalm 139 v 5, 6
