Method • Qualitative study • Learning contexts as object of investigation • 14 expert interviews with seminar leaders from the field of political adult education • Two group discussions with a total of 30 learners participating in European public policy seminars • 3 workshops with seminar leaders and education officers Wandel von ArbeitnehmereinstellungenzuEuropa

Ideasforeducationalconcepts • Strengthening the interest perspective: identify the individual and group-related interests in the European policy context • Experience/search for different ways of life in Europe – exchange with immigrants, places of learning in other European countries • Identify social contradiction and encourage criticism with a view to creating a capacity to act • Discourse criticism: critical analysis of the alienated terms in the public debate • Open debate about right-wing populism • Greater dissemination of trade union policy on Europe • Development of alternative strategies based on the discussion of utopia or real alternatives to welfare economics Wandel von ArbeitnehmereinstellungenzuEuropa
