Method • Qualitative study • Learning contexts as object of investigation • 14 expert interviews with seminar leaders from the field of political adult education • Two group discussions with a total of 30 learners participating in European public policy seminars • 3 workshops with seminar leaders and education officers Wandel von ArbeitnehmereinstellungenzuEuropa
