  4. Ways to reduce fats EXERCISE  It is one of the most efficient way to lose weight naturally .  However , too much exercise will not do good to your body . Plain water is the best drink , to replenish energy during or after exercise . Eat moderately .

  5. Eat healthy One must eat food in moderation . Eat meals regularly . (healthy) Ensure that food are low in oil , sugar , salt . Strictly , NO DIET . Dieting can do you more harm than good as your body is deprive of nutrients .
