  3. Company Information Hyundai-bng steel was founded in 1966. Office loacated in Seoul And the main office located in Changwon This company produce rustproof iron, that is stainless steel. Now, We introduce the manufacturing process of stainless steel and Hyundai-bng steel's products.

  5. Manufacturing Processes • Stainless steel produce through various manufacturing processes. • Hot coil which coil’s raw material, • through process that • - Coil Rolling • - Annealing • -Skin Pass and Tension leveling • - Polishing and Brushing.

  6. Coil Rolling is specially designed rolling mill for products requiring high strength and precision, such as stainless steel plate. Coil Rolling Annealing is process to give unique surface of stainless steel by eliminating scale on surface and covering. Annealing

  7. Skin pass is process to roll heat treated stainless plate with load and tension in order to improve form and give gross. • Skin Pass and Tension leveling Polishing and Brushing Through all process, A Hot Coil is produced Shape form or Coil form. That is Stainless Steel.

  8. Conclusion • Hyundai-bngsteel is global group. A place of business is spread to all over the world. It is not famous but it have economic potential.
