  2. August PLWG Meeting will be held tomorrow, August 28 Encourage full stakeholder participation in review of PGRR031 “Implement 95% Facility Rating Limit in Planning Criteria”

Active PGRRs Under Consideration • PGRR028 “Evaluation of Compliance of Reactive Requirements” • ERCOT will present updated PGRR language at September PLWG meeting • PGRR030 “New Planning Guide Section 8A, Declaration of Resource Data Accuracy” • Consider ERCOT’s most recent revisions (status of water rights) for final approval at August PLWG meeting • PGRR031 “Implement 95% Facility Rating Limit in Planning Criteria” • Detail review of filed stakeholder comments will be performed at August PLWG meeting

  4. NPRR562 – Subsynchronous Reactance • Subsynchronous Reactance Workshop rescheduled for Sept 9. • NPRR562 is focusing on “responsibilities” for mitigation and who performs studies. • A follow-up PGRR will be developed to address the planning assumptions to be used in the studies. • The topic of planning assumptions is expected to be included in items discussed at Workshop.

  5. Wrap-up of OPSTF Issues List • Additional consideration of need to further address two remaining issues will be discussed at August PLWG meeting: • Issue 5c -- Discrete Load Additions • Issue 10 -- Security-constrained deliverability of ancillary services
