The ‘New Girl’ Staff • Evelyn Breck Morgen, Program Director • Jackie Lewis, Program Manager • Jola Sliwinski, Program Coordinator • Lucy Piechowski*, Program Assistant • Steve Bazinet**, Application Developer * Joined our staff in March, 2006 ** Joined our staff in April 2006 A Welcome Addition

  3. The Need for Change • Administrative support was reduced from a full-time position to that of a part-time position. Smooth running day-to-day operations allowed for this change over. • The Application Development and Software support position expanded to full-time making it possible to implement upgrades and changes for better service.

  4. REPORTS-New and Improved • Color!!! Seeing RED? • Current Month Activity – includes field for ‘date filled’ • Attention to DETAILS. Corresponding data for all fields in Account Summary. • What’s in a name? A ‘lend’ by any other name is still a ‘lend’…

  6. You’ve Got Mail!!! • E-mail messaging resumed • “I didn’t get any e-mails” • Say it again … Member messages duplicate information sent to e-mail
