  1. “I am Joyce. I grow sugar in Malawi in Africa. I give praise to fair trade, we have electricity in our village now and it makes me very happy when people buy my fair trade sugar.”

  2. “I am Michael. I grow raisins in South Africa. I have plenty of work on farms now and our village has a water pump.”

  3. “I am Luciano. I grow quinoa in Bolivia which is used to make pasta. Fair trade means that all of the quinoa farmers are no longer alone. We can work together to make things better.”

  4. “I am Dharam. I grow rice in India. Now I get a fair price for my work my family is eating better and I am sending my children to school.”

  5. “I am Sonia. I am a honey farmer from Chile. Fair trade is helping us to get training so we can keep our honey bees healthy. We sell lots of honey now.”
