Portland House, St HelensSpecialist Scheme:● Purpose built, single storey● Smart Technology ● 24 hour care and support for 8 older people Funding: ● Capital – Social Housing Grant● Revenue – Rents, Service Charges, S.P., Block Care Contract People living with dementia have specific care needs, and MHA ensures individuals have a quality of life underpinned by privacy, dignity, independence, choice, care and loving support.
