Ordinance No. 116

This ordinance introduces changes to Rule 120 concerning appointments to the Carmel River Advisory Committee. Each Director will appoint a representative for a two-year term that concludes on June 30 or when the Director vacates office, whichever comes first. The requirement for the full Board to ratify the appointment remains unchanged. Additionally, the original language regarding the formation of the Committee appointments is removed, but no other modifications are made. These adjustments aim to streamline the appointment process and ensure effective representation.
