Current Rules • Each Director appoints a Committee representative for a two-year term, July 1 through June 30. The full Board must ratify the appointment. • Terms are staggered, four starting and ending in odd-numbered years and three in even-numbered years. • A newly-elected director inherits his or her predecessor’s appointee.
Proposed Rules • Each Director appoints a Committee representative for a two-year term, ending June 30 or on the date the appointing Director vacates office, whichever occurs first. • Language regarding formation of original Committee appointments is deleted. • No other changes to Rule 120.
