E.g. bike gears? (if a student invents new technology for bicycle gears) Distinction between spin out company and start up? RC UK = Dragon’s Den! Why isn’t consultancy more high profile? Is collaboration an outcome or a journey? Not an end in itself How do you measure exploitation?
