The Idea By Royal Decree on the 20th of July 2004, His Royal Highness the King supported the creation of a charitable institution to help enable young Saudi men &women start their own businesses thereby transforming them from job seekers to job providers, and to foster financial independence. This institution is known as “The Centennial Fund”.
