INDUSTRY ONLY ARMED FORCES COMMUNICATIONS & ELECTRONICS ASSOCIATION PARTY INVITATION Hilton Doubletree Bedford Glen Hotel (Ballroom) 44 Middlesex Turnpike Bedford, MA Menu Hydro Bibb Lettuce with Vine Ripe Tomatoes, Red Onion and Crumbled Stilton Bleu Cheese With Balsamic Vinaigrette Roast Prime Rib of Beef Wild Mushroom Potato Streudel Chef’s Choice of Seasonal Vegetable German Chocolate Cake with Tahitian Vanilla Anglaise Rolls and Butter, Freshly Brewed Coffee, Decaffeinated Coffee and Specialty Teas Wine with Dinner Cost of this event is $175.00 per person which includes dinner, band, favors, prizes, and a donation to the Chapter’s Scholarship Fund. Note: There will be no cancellations or refunds after 18 January 2009. Should you or your guest require overnight accommodations at the Hilton Doubletree, you may call for reservations at (781) 275-5500. A limited number of rooms have been set aside for AFCEA - so call early (prior to February 1, 2009) and be sure to mention AFCEA for a special room and two-for-breakfast rate of $109.00. A Sunday Breakfast Buffet will be served from 0830 to 1130 AM. Bistro 44’s private dining room located in the rear of Bistro 44’s restaurant will be set up for the buffet, but only for those overnight guests who registered at the $109.00 special AFCEA TWO-FOR-BREAKFAST RATE.
