Seniors ONLY. PSRC Project Graduation T-Shirt Design. Project Graduation will be June 8, 2012. This year the artwork for the t-shirt contest will be due March 5th. Each school will be furnished with white 8.5x11 cardstock to use.

  1. Seniors ONLY PSRC Project Graduation T-Shirt Design

  2. Project Graduation will be June 8, 2012. • This year the artwork for the t-shirt contest will be due March 5th. • Each school will be furnished with white 8.5x11 cardstock to use. • Only seniors will be participating in the contest and the winning design will be the 2012 t-shirt for Project Graduation. • Your senior guidance counselor or Mrs. Berdeau will have more information and the paper soon.

  3. Some design considerations: • Keep the design from being overly busy • Keep color choices from being to way out there and from having too many - we do have to put this on a colored t-shirt, so don't use every color in the world in the design! • Think of the entire composition - image and background All entries should be neat - especially the wording • Make sure designs have strong contrast and deep values of colors, so they will reproduce well and not wash-out • All designs should include the HS mascots, including Early College HS

  4. Rules • Designs must include one of the current Project Graduation themes. • All mascots should be equally represented in size for all t-shirts designs. • Designs should not include any reference to alcohol, gambling, card playing, *gang symbols/colors or smoking • The only media allowed is marker, colored pencil, or acrylic paint. • Designs should have a mix of light and deep color values for contrast. • Fonts used for text should be legible (avoid overly ornate/ busy/ overlapping)

  5. The approved themes for the 2012 Project Graduation T-shirts are as follows: • (1) Celebrate the Present, Remember the Past, Become the Future • (2) The proud, the few, the class of one two • (3) Going Global with the Class of 2012 • Pick one of these themes to create your design
