  1. Approach • Build a Site that will manage projects and resources from a HR point of view. The approach should reuse as much of the current technology running the FCP resource management capabilities.

  2. Proposition • Web Site: Office 2007 Sharepoint Server for Search • Provides most of the capabilities not present out of the box • Becoming a standard with FCP contracts

  3. Technical Overview • Build a Sharepoint Web Site that will create a community for FCP. Other communities will exist: Management, HR, Engineers. • Enable Blogs and Wiki’s that enable knowledge exchange relating to working within FCP (available jobs, training, etc) • Enable project insight pages that give specific details about the project

Technical Overview (cont’d) • Enable content management techniques to manage resumes, appraisals, development plans, project resources, etc. • Provide correlated reports across all integrated systems to show project status, revenue, staffing, etc. • Provide correlated reports across all integrated systems to show person utilization, burden rates, revenues, etc.
