  18. What you can expect from DFO: • More detailed vehicle utilization data • Vehicles by location, class, and use category • More contact by phone, email, and in person concerning under utilized vehicles • Higher minimum use standards

  19. What you can expect from DFO (continued): • A review of personal owned vehicle (POV) reimbursements • Use of more daily pools to allow vehicle sharing within departments • More sharing of pool vehicles across agencies • Better use of the private sector vehicles (Enterprise)

Online Reservation Module • Customers will be able to make their own reservations using their operator ID to log into the system. • The link for the module will be on your Department website. • Customers will be able to confirm, change, or cancel a reservation. • Will be available by September.

CNG Vehicle Refueling • Remove fuel nozzle from dispenser. • Connect nozzle to vehicle • Turn lever on dispenser to “on” • Turn valve on hose nozzle to “on” position • When fueling stops or slows down turn dispenser “off” • Turn the hose nozzle valve to the “vent” position. You will hear a small discharge of CNG. • Return the fueling nozzle to the dispenser.
