  3. History • MABE is a co-operative founded 35 years ago by a group of growers. • Since its foundation the company has guaranteed a fix volume of fresh products. • We are a Spanish company based in El Ejido, Almería, where the most of our growers are based.

  4. Who are we ? • At present MABE has more than 150 growers. • MABE is under going constant evolution, increasing its number of producer members from season to season and its volume of marketed products. • It has also evolved intensely in the extension and modernisation of its facility. • Our compromise: best fresh product = best quality

Quality • MABE guarantees the ultimate genre of high quality. • Company certified by Applus for the handling, classification, conservation and packaging of vegetable produce ISO 9001-2000. • We were awarded the certificate of GLOBAL-GAP (General Regulation of Fresh Fruits and Vegetables). • Also BRC (British Retail Consortium) based on the Technical Standarisation of Food Products of Retail Brand. • We are credited in Sedex. • Respectful production systems with the environment which improve the quality of the products. • We followtraceabilty system controls and HACCP.
