  4. The Response – US Rail Improvements To date: • $8,104,917,209 distributed through September 30 • 131 projects funded New initiatives: • President Obama’s Jobs Proposal = $447 Billion • $50 Billion toward infrastructure • $10 Billion infrastructure bank
