  9. One Time Fee Option (Purchase) • Pay once for ongoing access. The one-time fee is just that, buying ongoing access for all titles purchased • Build your own customized collections – selecting your online holdings on a title-by-title basis (20 title minimum applies on sign up) • Additional titles can be added at any time • Unlimited concurrent access for your users • COUNTER compliant usage statistics will be provided • Pricing is based on the US list price of the hardcover version of each title selected

Flexi-Subscription Option (subscription) • Build your own customized collections – selecting your online holdings on a title-by-title basis (20 title minimum applies on sign up) • Additional titles can be added at any time • Unlimited concurrent access for your users • COUNTER compliant usage statistics will be provided • 60$ or 70$ or 80$ per book title and calendar year depending of size and type of organization • After having subscribed to the same book title during 3 consecutive years, library gets archival rights without extra costs
