  3. LOVE IS ENOUGH Love is enough: though the world be a-waning, And the woods have no voice but the voice of complaining, Though the skies be too dark for dim eyes to discover The gold-cups and daisies fair blooming there under, Though the hills be held shadows, and the sea a dark wonder, And this day draw a veil over all deeds passed over, Yet their hands shall not tremble, their feet shall not falter: The void shall not weary, the fear shall not alter These lips and these eyes of the loved and the lover.  William Morris (1834-96)

  4. My Love Reveals Objects my love reveals objects silken butterflies concealed in his fingers his words splash me with stars night shines like lightning under the fingers of my love my love invents worlds where jeweled glittering serpents live worlds where music is the world worlds where houses with open eyes contemplate the dawn my love is a mad sunflower that forgets fragments of sun in the silence  Isabel Fraire

  5. The Kiss I hoped that he would love me, And he has kissed my mouth, But I am like a stricken bird That cannot reach the south. For though I know he loves me, To-night my heart is sad; His kiss was not so wonderful As all the dreams I had.  Sara Teasdale

  6. Touch My hands open the curtains of your being clothe you in a further nudity uncover the bodies of your body My hands invent another body for your body. Octavio Paz (translated by Eliot Weinberger)

  7. What it means to love As far as the ocean is wide through miles and miles of sea; You will be someone special a true miracle to me. As high upon the mountain tops as high as one can climb; You will be so dear to me the best friend I can find. As many stars that twinkle throughout the heavens above; You will be a a bright reminder of what it means to love. unknown.

  8. The Child in Him I loved the child in himso innocent and sweetThe mischief in his eyesthe blush upon his cheekThe tender way he spokethat showed me that he caredThe touch of his warm handthat gently touched my hairThe smiles that we sharedthat filled my life with gleeFor when I was with himI found the child in me. Jean Gabor

  9. I never knew I never knew about happiness;I didn’t think dreams came true;I couldn’t believe in love,Until I finally met you. Joanna Fuchs

  10. To the world.. To the world you may be one person, but to one person you may be the world. Heather Cortez

  11. In the blink of an Eye In the blink of and eye, I see that your perfectly fine. In the blink of an eye, I would make you shine. In the blink of an eye, I’ll make you smile sometimes. In the blink of an eye, I’d make you forever mine. Genevieve Bourque

  12. Your Smile Your smile is like a rainbow, it comes after the rain to cheer life up. It makes those that have a frown, and turn them upside down. That beautiful smile of yours, puts the chills in my stomac & bandages up those tears. Your smile, your smile, your smile is all mine. Genevieve Bourque

  13. All the while Its not easy Not easy to be different Different from my friends My family But just knowing That your here here with me Make it all the while. Genevieve Bourque

  14. You make me better I found you, Someone that is true. I found love, From someone gentler then a dove. I found a savoir, Baby you make me better. Genevieve Bourque

  15. Just One Word To say one word, It can change a minute. To say one word, It can change a moment. To say one word, It can change a day. To say one word, Is not enough to say how much I love you. Genevieve Bourque
