  2. Editorial • Definition : A newspaper article written by or on half behalf of an editor that gives an opinion on a typical issue • I was reading the newspaper editorial yesterday

  3. Hesitation • Definition: The action of pausing or hesitating before saying or doing something • I was being hesitant to wash the dishes when my momma told me to.

  4. Incredulous • Definition : Incredible unbelievable • When I saw Spiderman go up the wall it was Incredulous

  5. Nonchalantly • Definition: Seeming to be coolly unconcerned or indifferent • The little boy was being nonchalantly because he wasn’t playing with the rest of the little kids on the playground

  6. Rebellious • Definition: To be bad • My cousin is rebellious when her parents tell her to do some she don’t do it

  7. Reputation • Definition: The beliefs or opinions that are generally held about someone or something. • When the owner of a store noticed the cash register was missing some money he questioned the cashier because of his reputation of being a thief.

  8. Rivalry • Definition: Competition for the same objective or for superiority in the same field • When I was watching basketball they were having a rivalry.

  9. Sarcasm • Definition: The use of irony to mock or convey contempt • When I asked a dumb question my friend was being sarcastic

  10. Sympathetic • Definition: Feeling, showing, or expressing sympathy • I was showing sympathy to the little boy when his parents died

  11. Unfathomable • Definition: Not being capable of being sounded or measured • The little deaf boy was unfathomable
