Don't miss the Woodstock Cross Country Double Dip Invitational on Saturday, Sept 7! The bus leaves WHS at 6:00 AM. Hosted by Marist School in Atlanta, the event features several races including Varsity Boys and Girls, JV Boys and Girls, and a Freshman Race. Be prepared for hot and humid conditions! Remember to stay hydrated and fuel properly before your races. Awards will follow the JV girls' race. Be ready to show your spirit in uniform and make this a memorable outing for our team!

Coach Benson Double Dip Invitational Hosted by Marist School 3790 Ashford Dunwoody Road Atlanta, GA 30341 • RACE TIMES • 8:00 a.m. Varsity Boys (7) • 8:30 a.m. Varsity Girls (7) • 9:05 a.m. JV Race Boys (10) – capable of running under 30 minutes for a 5k • 9:40 a.m. JV Race Girls (10) – capable of running under 30 minutes for a 5k • *Varsity Team and Individual Awards to follow JV girls Race* • 10:15 a.m. Freshmen/1st Year Runner Unlimited Coed – any 1st year high school runner

  4. Race Day • Uniform • Spikes • Cross country shirt and shorts (spirit pack) • Water/food • Make sure you eat at the correct time. If you eat just prior to leaving your house you may want to eat something when you arrive to the meet. • Hot/Humid this race is always hot mainly b/c the start time is so late. Be prepared!!! Drink lots of fluids all week.
