  5. AIFA Trivia Night • A first for AIFA • Enjoyed by all who attended • Raised funds: • $304 for AILSA • $348 for NTA

  6. AIFA Night • Gala event: fashion show, dancing, music and singing – a night to remember • About 200 tickets sold • Surplus of about $800 • Tribute to Bapak and Ibu Supomo, AIFA Life Members

  7. National Multicultural Festival • AIFA satay stall • Participation by a large number of members in ‘haritusuk sate’ and at the stall • Implemented many lessons learned from 2009 • Made about $4,800

  8. Monthly Walks • First Sunday of every month • Dedicated group of walkers

  9. AIFA Newsletters • Reports on events, family news • Member profiles • Lots of photos • Huge thank you to John Phillips

  10. Family News • Farewelled BapakAchdiatKartamihardja, at the age of 99 • AIFA, on behalf of its members, send expressions of sympathy and congratulations to families who endured losses and those who celebrated the arrival of new lives

  11. Assets • Purchased a portable PA and sound system, available for loan to members • Purchased 2 vertical banners • Disposed of freezer and urn

  13. Administrative Challenges • Consistent implementation of accounting procedures • Preparation of Annual Returns to the ACT Regulatory Office • Management of Asset Inventory • Management of Membership Register
