Custom Page State Reporting Installer • Download and run the State Reporting Installer • Delete the old custom pages according to the directions in the Pearson Release notes • The Release Notes include the path of each page you need to delete • Recommend that you Rebuild custom page links *** If you use Custom Page Management, you must use the tool to delete these pages one at the time.
Rebuild Custom Page Links Start Page > System Administrator > Special Operations > Rebuild custom page links

New Path for Custom Pages • C:\Program Files\ PowerSchool\ application\ components\reporting-usa-sc-13.9.3.2.198210.1881\web_root • The folder ‘reporting-usa-sc-xx.x.x.x…’ will change dependent upon the version of State Reporting that has been applied to your PowerSchool server(s).

Changes to Staff Information page • Updated for consistency with the Unified Teacher record features. • The School field is now Home School and is read-only on this page. • The Teacher’s home school is a setting on the Staff Security Settings page • The label for Staff Status has changed to StaffType • The label for Status has changed to Activeand is now a checkbox. The data behind these fields is not affected. If the box is checked for Active, it is stored as 1 and if it is unchecked it is stored as 2.
One file shared by Custom Pages and IGP • Courses – edit.html • This page in the State Reporting Installer released on Feb. 28th contains the latest release for both core PowerSchool and IGP. • It makes no difference whether you install the IGP update or the State Reporting Installer first.
