  5. Provides data about duties and responsibilities of an employee’s position. Supports employee and supervisor in discussing and summarizing the position.   17. The PDQ is prepared using an online system.Each participant is provided login credentials to access the system by an invitation letter. A participant may continue to revise their responses during the specified time frame. (usually a matter of two weeks.) Part 5: Completing your PDQ

  18. Special notes: You may print a copy of your PDQ at any time. This will help your thought process. Save your work by “Submitting” it at the bottom of the page. If you have an extended period of inactivity (30 minutes), the system will close your session and unsaved entries are lost. Part 5: Completing your PDQ

  19. Part 5: Completing your PDQ You may continue to make changes to your PDQ during the specified period shown in your instruction letter. Note: When you finish a session working on your PDQ, you will see a Thank You screen. You may continue to make changes by logging back into the system for the time that is shown on your instruction letter.
